Sweet & Spicy Monkey Beer

Ingredients:
  • Hot Monkey Pepper Infused Vodka (distilled and bottled in Portland OR)
  • Organic, 100% pure pineapple  juice
  • Extra Ginger Beer
  • Squeeze of lime
  • Collins glass  (10-12 fluid oz)
Preparation:
  • Fill Collins glass with ice
  • Add 1  1/2 oz Hot Monkey vodka
  • Fill remaining 1/2 of glass with organic, 100 % pineapple juice
  • Add a squeeze of lime
  • Pour contents into a shaker tin, and shake until frosted
  • Pour ingredients into Collins glass
  • Fill glass with Extra Ginger Beer
  • Garnish with sliced jalapeno peppers and lime wheel
