Raspberry Honey Lemonade Collins

  • Beefeater Gin
  • Organic raspberries
  • Organic home-made sour: lemons, water, rice honey
  • Club soda
  • Collins glass

To make home-made sour:  mix 2 parts fresh lemon juice to 1 part home-made honey syrup.
To make home-made vegan honey syrup:  mix 1 part hot water to 1 part rice honey.
  • Add 2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice to pint glass
  • Add 1 oz home-made honey syrup
  • Muddle 6 organic raspberries in home-made sour
  • Pour 1  1/2 oz Beefeater Gin
  • Fill pint glass with ice
  • Shake contents with shaker tin until frosted.
  • Fill Collins glass with ice and strain contents into glass.
  • Fill remaining glass with Club Soda
  • Garnish with raspberry and lemon wheel on rim or in glass

Banana Triple-Berry Margarita

  • Zircon Azul Gold Tequila (good tequila for price of 1 liter bottle)
  • Harlequin orange liqueur (1/2 the price of Cointreau, but significantly better than Triple Sec)
  • Organic banana
  • Organic raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries
  • Organic lime juice
  • Bucket glass
  • Add 1  1/2 oz Zircon Azul Gold Tequila to glass
  • Squeeze 1/2 oz organic lime juice
  • Muddle 1/2 inch slice of organic banana and two fresh raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries each (if berries are not in season, mixed organic frozen berries will be fine).
  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add 1/2 oz Harlequin orange liqueur
  • Pour contents into shaker and shake until frosted
  • Rim 1/2 of glass with lime and organic coarse sugar (optional)
  • Fill glass with new ice
  • Strain contents back into glass and garnish with lime wheel and fresh berries
