Raspberry Honey Lemonade Collins

Ingredients:
  • Beefeater Gin
  • Organic raspberries
  • Organic home-made sour: lemons, water, rice honey
  • Club soda
  • Collins glass
Preparation:

To make home-made sour:  mix 2 parts fresh lemon juice to 1 part home-made honey syrup.
To make home-made vegan honey syrup:  mix 1 part hot water to 1 part rice honey.
  • Add 2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice to pint glass
  • Add 1 oz home-made honey syrup
  • Muddle 6 organic raspberries in home-made sour
  • Pour 1  1/2 oz Beefeater Gin
  • Fill pint glass with ice
  • Shake contents with shaker tin until frosted.
  • Fill Collins glass with ice and strain contents into glass.
  • Fill remaining glass with Club Soda
  • Garnish with raspberry and lemon wheel on rim or in glass

I got a simple vegan drink that is yummy, 1 shot vodka topped with organic orange and a splash of soy milk (non separating brand like silk)shaken until frothy than poured over ice! mmmm vegan cream sickle, invented today, in my kitchen because it's all I had. Soooooo goood though on a hot day!

  2. Where do you get rice honey? How is it made? Could you use agave instead?

  3. You can get rice honey at Food Fight, but agave might be even better.
